Co-Presidents
Guy Buckingham and Laure Fraval, lead the UK Chapter of ICF with a focus on advancing the coaching profession, supporting members and building a thriving coaching community across the UK. They set the strategic direction with the Board and represent the Chapter.
Directors
Our Directors are the strategic core of the UK Chapter Board and share legal responsibility for the governance. Each leads a directorate and its team of Associate Board Members, setting priorities, shaping the member experience in their area and making sure strategy and planning turn into practical action.
Associate Board Members (ABMs)
Our ABMs play a key part in operational delivery within each directorate. Working with their Director, they take responsibility for specific areas of work, and help turn the directorate’s plans into action.

The UK Chapter of ICF is supported operationally by our contractor, Effective Business Management, who run the Chapter’s operations and provide administration and telephone support to both the Board and UK Chapter members. Other specialist partners support specific areas of the Chapter’s work, such as operations management and strategic marketing.
