Coaching in Organisations

About

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), coaching supervisor and coach educator, working internationally with leaders, professionals and experienced coaches. Before establishing my coaching practice in 2018, I worked in the insurance risk sector and later in the Big Four professional services industry, gaining extensive experience within international and complex professional environments.

Alongside my coaching practice, I am a member of the faculty at the Animas Centre for Coaching and the International Centre for Coaching Supervision. My work often explores themes such as self-doubt, professional identity and the psychological dynamics that shape leadership and coaching relationships.

My role at the UK Chapter

I joined the UK Chapter of ICF Board in March 2026 as Associate Board Member for Supervision, now within the Partnerships Directorate. In this role, I support the development and delivery of coaching supervision for the Coaching in Organisations community, creating opportunities for reflective practice and raising awareness of the value and benefits of supervision.

Why I volunteer

I value the connection, perspective and learning that come from being part of a strong professional community. I volunteer with the UK Chapter to contribute to that community and, in my role, to help more coaches discover the value of supervision as a space for reflection, support and continued professional development.

Current areas of focus
  • Developing the coaching supervision offer for the Coaching in Organisations community
  • Creating opportunities for reflective practice and professional development
  • Raising awareness of the value and benefits of coaching supervision
