About
I am an Associate Board Member for Membership at the UK Chapter of ICF, championing coaching supervision and its value across our membership community.
Alongside my board role, I am an Executive Coach supporting professional women at Director level and above through career transitions, leadership growth and change. I am also Co-Founder of The Coaching Catalysts, specialising in post-qualification coach development through coaching supervision, mentor coaching for ICF accreditation and our accredited Coach Supervision Diploma.
I am passionate about professional standards, reflective practice and inclusion, creating opportunities for coaches to connect, learn, develop and thrive.
My role at the UK Chapter
As an Associate Board Member within the Membership Directorate, I oversee our Special Interest Groups, creating spaces for members to connect, learn and engage around shared interests. I also lead on coaching supervision, supporting supervisors and those seeking supervision. Working collaboratively across the UK Chapter’s directorates, I help strengthen awareness, accessibility and engagement with supervision, while supporting opportunities for connection, learning and professional development across our coaching community.
Why I volunteer
I volunteer with the UK Chapter of ICF because I care deeply about maintaining professional standards across the coaching community. I value creating meaningful connections and opportunities for continued learning and development. I’m particularly passionate about championing coaching supervision as a space for reflection, growth and professional practice, while continuing to learn and develop myself.
