Alison is the founder of Effective Business Management (EBM), which provides Operational Management support to the UK Chapter.
With over twenty-five years of experience in customer service and management across a range of industries, she has built a strong track record of leading teams and developing expertise around her.
Alison works closely with the UK Board of Directors on strategy, planning, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the Chapter runs smoothly and its members remain informed and engaged. She is also heavily involved in the advertising offer within the UK Chapter of ICF.
