About
Associate Board Member, UK Chapter of ICF – Partnerships. My work sits at the intersection of coaching, psychology and organisational development. I’m a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and ICF Accredited Coach with experience supporting leaders, teams and organisations through leadership development, coaching, assessment and organisational change. I bring a blend of coaching, psychology and organisational experience, with a curious and collaborative approach. I’m particularly interested in connecting research and practice and exploring how coaching can create impact beyond the individual. I enjoy creating opportunities for coaches to learn from one another, challenge their thinking and explore how coaching can have greater impact in organisations.
My role at the UK Chapter of ICF
As an Associate Board Member for Partnerships, I support the UK Chapter’s work to strengthen and promote coaching within organisations. I support the development and delivery of Topic Forums for UK Chapter members. I help shape and facilitate conversations around relevant themes in coaching, bringing together members to explore ideas, share perspectives and learn from one another. I also contribute to other connection and networking events that support coaches and HR working in organisational settings.
Why I volunteer
I wanted to get involved with the UK Chapter of ICF because I value the opportunity to connect with other coaches, share ideas and contribute to the wider coaching profession. I particularly enjoy creating spaces for curious conversations and learning from different perspectives.
