Jack has been part of the UK Chapter of ICF Administration Team since 2022, providing customer service and administrative support to members, group leads, and the board. With a background in accountancy and business, and a completed apprenticeship in Business Administration, Jack supports the financial side of the Chapter alongside customer service. His role involves direct contact with members and group leads through emails and phone calls, addressing queries related to membership, events, credentialing, and how to join the ICF. Jack looks to provide support wherever needed across the team’s administrative and customer service functions.
