About
I joined the Board in November 2020 as Director ofMembership. I have spent my corporate career in learning and leadership development, graduate and talent development, and engagement. Because my work has always focused on developing others, becoming an internal coach in 2015 was a natural next step. I led a learning team in the international part of my organisation, where I enjoyed influencing policy and driving change with colleagues across many countries. I’m passionate about helping more people see the value that coaching can bring, and I bring that to the UK Chapter of ICF.
My role at UK Chapter of ICF
I lead on membership for the UK Chapter of ICF, helping to support the growth of the UK coaching community and making sure members get value from belonging. I work to expand the community, welcome new coaches, and help it to keep evolving, developing and growing.
Why I volunteer
I’m passionate about coaching and want more people to see the value it can bring. I’m excited to support the expansion of the UK coaching community, and to help it continue to evolve, develop and grow.
