About
I am Co-President of the UK Chapter of ICF, having joined the Board in June 2022 as Director for Recruitment and Governance. I am an international executive coach focused on transformation, mindfulness and impact, with 20 years’ experience as both an internal and external coach. My practice draws on a 25+ year career in change management, talent development and governance in global financial institutions. I coach C-suite executives, board members and non-executive chairs in English and French, and hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation. I bring a client-focused, goal-led approach to the Chapter.
My Role at the UK Chapter of ICF
As Co-President, I lead the Board and the wider UK Chapter of ICF, making sure the Chapter delivers on its mission to support coaches and advance professional coaching in the UK. I provide continuity and direction in delivering the Board’s agreed strategy, and work with fellow directors, volunteers and operational partners to turn it into practical benefits for members.
I represent the Chapter and the coaching profession locally, regionally and globally. That includes building strong relationships with ICF Global, so that the UK’s voice is heard and the Chapter’s strategy aligns with the global one while responding to what UK members need. I also work with partners and professional bodies, and advocate for coaching to members and the wider world.
This year, the Chapter’s priorities are growing and sustaining a healthy membership, building sustainable income so it can reinvest in its members, and increasing meaningful engagement across the membership journey. Alongside this, I help to make sure the Chapter is well governed and well supported by an engaged volunteer team.
Why I volunteer
Coaching is about creating a safe space for people to be truly themselves. I volunteer because I want to help build a Chapter where coaches across the UK feel supported, connected and able to grow.
