I hold an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s in Creative Writing from Oxford and a postgraduate qualification in Psychology from UCL. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I am also a certified Imposter Syndrome Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Executive and Career Coach, working with leaders and entrepreneurs on confidence, leadership, fulfilment and career transitions.

My role at the UK Chapter of ICF

As Co-Director of Partnerships, I build strategic relationships with businesses, organisations and associations. These partnerships create meaningful collaborations, raise awareness of professional coaching and open up new opportunities for members of the UK Chapter of ICF to contribute their expertise across a wide range of sectors.

Why I volunteer

Coaching has transformed my own life, and I have seen its power to transform confidence, leadership and wellbeing in others. It is a profession I care deeply about. I believe great coaching requires rigorous standards, ethical practice, recognised credentials and continual learning. That’s why I chose to get involved in the ICF, to support its vital role in championing our profession.
