Team Coaching

About

I am an Associate Board Member representing Team Coaching at the UK Chapter of ICF, and a PCC and ACTC credentialed coach. My coaching background spans leadership and team coaching, with a particular interest in how people and teams navigate change, complexity and challenging dynamics.

I’m passionate about the potential of coaching to create the space for clearer thinking, stronger relationships and more purposeful action. Alongside my coaching practice, I enjoy bringing people together to share ideas, learn from one another and explore emerging thinking in our profession. I’m excited to contribute an organisational and team coaching perspective to the Chapter, while helping to build a connected, curious and inclusive coaching community.

My role at the UK Chapter

As Associate Board Member representing Team Coaching, I help bring a team coaching perspective to the work of the Chapter. I support the development of our team coaching community, creating opportunities for coaches to connect, learn and explore the evolving practice of team coaching. My role also involves contributing to Chapter strategy and initiatives, collaborating with fellow Board members and helping strengthen awareness and understanding of team coaching across the wider coaching profession.

Why I volunteer

I volunteer because I believe deeply in the difference good coaching can make, for individuals, teams and organisations. I love being part of a curious, generous community committed to raising the quality of our profession. I learn so much from fellow Board members and the coaching community we serve, and enjoy contributing while continuing to learn and grow.
