About
I am an Associate Board Member for Professional Development at the UK Chapter of ICF, and a Professional Certified Coach. I bring a systemic, human-centred and neuroinclusive perspective to coaching and leadership, working with leaders, creatives and organisations navigating complexity, change and different ways of thinking and leading. My areas of interest include neuroinclusion in coaching and leadership, systems and context, and the evolving role of coaching in organisations. With an international background and a passion for challenging established thinking, I bring curiosity, fresh perspectives and a commitment to creating coaching spaces where difference is recognised as a source of insight and possibility.y.
My role at the UK Chapter
As an Associate Board Member for Professional Development, I contribute to shaping and delivering learning, development and thought-leadership opportunities for ICF UK members. I support the development of programmes and initiatives that respond to the changing needs of coaches and the wider coaching profession. My role includes bringing new perspectives, contributing to strategic discussions, collaborating with volunteers and fellow Board members, and helping create engaging opportunities for members to learn, connect and explore emerging ideas.
Why I volunteer
I volunteer because I believe coaching has the power to create meaningful change, for individuals, organisations and the profession itself. I enjoy being part of a community that questions, learns and evolves together. For me, coaching is ultimately about creating the space for people to see differently, connect with their own resources, and discover new possibilities.
