About
I am the Associate Board Member for Local Groups at the UK Chapter of ICF. As an organisational psychologist holding both ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditations, I have coached executives across the private and NGO sectors. My expertise includes workplace bullying prevention, leadership assessment and psychometrics, and ACT-based coaching interventions. I also co-lead the Oxford Coaching Group, and I’m keen to bring my consulting background to support and strengthen our local groups.
My role at the UK Chapter
This role supports and strengthens the UK Chapter’s Local Groups, which bring members together for connection, learning and community across the country. I act as the main point of contact for Local Group Leaders, offering guidance and practical support, sharing best practice between groups, and helping onboard new leaders. I also help ensure Local Groups stay aligned with the UK Chapter’s strategy, values and governance.
Why I volunteer
I got involved because local groups are where the coaching community truly comes alive, and I’ve seen that first hand by convening the Oxford Coaching Group. What I enjoy most is helping leaders and members feel genuinely supported. To me, coaching is about evidence meeting practice, helping people make better decisions and grow.
