About

I’m Seshnie, also known as “Coach Sesh” Naidoo. I joined the Board of the UK Chapter of ICF in November 2025 and support the Membership and Marketing team. I am an ICF PCC-credentialed coach, coach educator, mentor coach and assessor with more than 2,500 coaching hours. I am originally from South Africa and now based on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent. I began my career as a secondary school science teacher before moving into coaching full time. As Director of Education for an ICF Level 1 accredited coach-training programme, I have taught, mentored and assessed more than 70 students. I also support my local charity as a Trustee.

My role at the UK Chapter

As an Associate Board Member, I support the Chapter’s membership communications and marketing, helping make sure every member hears about the ways the UK Chapter of ICF can support them in their coaching careers. I work with fellow directors and volunteers to keep members informed, represented and connected, and to increase the visibility of professional coaching.

My work as an educator, mentor coach and assessor keeps me close to the standards the profession stands for, and I bring that perspective to the Board. I want the Chapter to be a community where coaches at every stage, from those building their confidence to those working towards a credential, feel they belong and know where to turn for support.

I also care that coaches from all backgrounds see themselves represented in our professional community, and that their voices, experiences and contributions are recognised.

Outside the Chapter, I am evolving my own work in 2026 to help organisations connect with the ICF gold standard through accreditation, mentoring, assessing and teaching.

Why I volunteer

The ICF represents everything I aim for: skill, professional standards and ethical practice. I volunteer to deepen my understanding of world-class coaching and to use my skills to help every member feel informed, connected and confident.
