About
I spent more than 20 years in corporate governance and risk management, and in leadership roles, before becoming a coach. I bring pragmatism, collaboration and strategic thinking to everything I do.
Alongside my work for the UK Chapter of ICF, I continue to coach executives and leaders, working with individual and corporate clients. I also support people who are returning to the workplace after an extended break.
Outside work, you’ll often find me swimming in the sea or hiking in the hills, usually with my family and our two springer spaniels.
My role at the UK Chapter
As Operations Officer, I help the UK Chapter of ICF create and maintain the processes and systems that allow us to put our strategy into practice.
Why I work with the UK Chapter
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach myself, I’m passionate about the role ICF plays in setting professional standards and supporting coaches’ continuous development worldwide. Working with the UK Chapter of ICF lets me put my governance and leadership experience to use for that community.
