About
I am an executive coach and Associate Board Member for Finance at the UK Chapter of ICF. I spent more than 40 years in finance and operational leadership, most recently as CFO/COO of Omnicom Production, before moving into coaching full-time. As a PCC-credentialled coach, I work with senior leaders, emerging talent and people navigating career transitions, helping them build greater self-awareness and confidence and make choices that work for them. I bring a combination of coaching experience, commercial thinking, financial expertise and Board-level perspective to the Chapter.
My role at the UK Chapter of ICF
As Associate Board Member for Finance, I help ensure the UK Chapter has the financial insight and governance it needs to make good decisions and remain sustainable. I work closely with the Operations Director, Board and wider finance team, supporting budgeting, financial reporting, financial controls and longer-term plannin
Why I volunteer
Coaching has given me a new and very fulfilling chapter in my own career, so I wanted to give something back to the profession. The UK Chapter gives me the opportunity to combine my coaching and finance experience, contribute to a community I value, and help create an organisation that supports coaches to develop and thrive.
