UK ICF at the Barefoot Coaching Conference

On 18 September, we represented UK ICF at the Barefoot Coaching Conference - a day alive with fresh thinking, learning, and connection.

Sessions ranged from exploring the ethical boundaries of AI in coaching, to finding new language around grief, and reflecting on the parallels between creativity in poetry and coaching. The variety was bold, invigorating, and deeply human.

At the UK ICF booth, coaches showed strong interest in ICF credentialing. Many responded positively to the resources available and to the willingness of the UK ICF Board to walk alongside members through the process.

There was also clear enthusiasm for the 5-Session Series: Coaching Unbound and the Team Coaching Series: Mind the Gap, as well as for Local and Special Interest Groups meeting both online and in person - including DEIB.

Our special membership discount on the day motivated even more conversations, and generated the opportunity to raise awareness of the UK Chapter membership value.
