In the dynamic world of coaching, the power of reflection stands as a cornerstone for personal and professional development. As coaches, we often focus on our clients, yet it's vital to turn the lens inward to understand and grow ourselves. This journey of introspection not only enriches us personally but also amplifies our ability to assist our clients.

As the year draws to an end, many of you naturally take time out to ponder on your practice and ongoing growth. For some of you this may be new, so here are starters for 10.

• What patterns am I noticing in my coaching sessions?
• In what ways have I grown as a coach in the past year?
• What feedback have I received from clients that challenges me?
• How am I integrating new learning and theories into my practice?
• What uncomfortable truths about my coaching style and/or practice have I been avoiding?
• What belief(s) might be holding me back?
• What would courage look like?
• What would love do?

As you reflect on the insights you've gained from these questions, consider developing an action plan to address areas of growth and change identified.
