ICF Converge 2026 - Call for Content Open

Warm congratulations to everyone who will be presenting at the upcoming ICF Converge 2026 Summit in Paris this May. The programme has just been released and it's packed with thoughtful, inspiring sessions.

You can explore it here.

To arrive at the final 26 topics, reviewers considered more than 300 proposals - mine included. While I wasn't selected this time, I'm genuinely glad I submitted. The process itself was valuable and rewarding.

You might wonder whether it's worth applying when the selection is so competitive. From my experience, there are several good reasons to put your ideas forward:

• The submission process is clear, structured and easy to navigate.
• Detailed feedback is often provided. In my case, I learned that my topic was a little too niche for the audience - helpful insight that will shape how I position it next time.
• Although preparing a proposal take a few hours, it's time well spent. It helps clarify your thinking and sharpen your message. The content can also be repurposed for future articles, talks or communications.
• Most importantly, contributing a proposal supports the diversity of voices, perspectives and stories within our profession. Each of us brings something unique, and our collective voice matters.
