Launching Team Coaching Community of Practice Series 4 – 'Mind the Gap!'

Join team coaching specialists, Jeremy Sweeney, Nathalie McAree and Lucy Widdowson as we work together to 'Mind the Gap!' - focusing on the real challenges team coaches face in ourselves and in our teams.

Meet Your Speakers:

Lucy Widdowson, MCC, ACTC
Lucy is an executive and team coach, author, and leadership consultant. She leads team coaching at Henley Business School and is the lead on UK ICF Team Coaching. Lucy brings corporate HR board-level experience and developed the ‘Creating the Team Edge’ framework to accelerate team performance.

Nathalie McAree, ACC, ACTC
Nathalie is a highly engaging executive coach with a background in organisational development. She works with senior teams to build high performance through team coaching and creates the conditions for individuals and teams to develop their full potential. Nathalie joined the UK ICF board in 2025 to support Team Coaching.

Jeremy Sweeney, PCC, ACTC
Jeremy is a business founder and somatic psychotherapy-trained coach. A former special forces soldier and corporate strategist, he brings a unique blend of commercial leadership and psychological insight. Jeremy teaches team coaching on ICF-accredited courses and writes on the subject.

Explore the parts of yourself that may be limiting your coaching impact. This session helps you reflect on your blind spots and invites courageous awareness and growth.

Episode 3: The Conversation Gap

Help your teams tackle the hard conversations they’re avoiding. Gain insight and tools for navigating sensitive team dynamics with confidence.

Episode 4: The Regression Gap

Explore how and why teams fail to act on their commitments - and how you can help them turn setbacks into learning and resilience.

'Mind the Gap' is the fourth series in our Team Coaching Community of Practice. It's designed to build a sense of belonging and learning among team coaches. You'll draw from personal and collective insight, embrace diverse approaches to coaching, and walk away with renewed confidence and capability.
