AGM and Have Your Say session 2026

June 17, 2026

Thank you to the 67 members who joined us for our 2026 AGM and Have Your Say sessions. Your honesty, pride, and contribution help our community grow. We have read your feedback, picked out the main themes, and are now working on the top priorities.

Here are the outcomes:

The "What We Heard"

  • Community: Members continue to value strong connections and time to connect with other coaches, especially in Local Groups and at events.
  • Clarity: Members want easier ways to get involved, a simpler onboarding process, and clearer differences between UK and global roles.
  • Advocacy: You want us to support credentialing and be more visible on issues such as neurodiversity.

The "You Said, We’re Doing" Commitment

  • Navigating what's on offer is difficult: We are making our website easier to use and creating a 'Start Here' guide for new members. This will help you quickly and easily find the support and resources you need.
  • I don't know how to get involved: We are building a clearer dashboard for volunteering and Ignite project opportunities. This will make it easier for you to see and sign up for ways to contribute.
  • The distinction between UK and Global is unclear: We are launching a new website this autumn to make your experience smoother. It will highlight what makes our UK programmes special and show how we are united as a global federation.
  • We need more advocacy for our profession: We are focusing on buyer education and setting standards in our new corporate engagement strategy. We are also updating our partnerships to better show the impact of your professional coaching.

The 2027 AGM/Have your Say conversation is scheduled for Friday 14th May at 10.00 (BST). We are looking forward to welcoming you again then.
