We have a really exciting few months ahead for team coaching in the UK — with opportunities to explore challenging dynamics, deepen our practice, learn more about the ACTC credential, connect with fellow practitioners and come together in person.
So, get these dates in your diary!
The Challenging Dynamics of Team Coaching
Our new 4-part Special Interest Group series
Following our Mind the Gap conversations, our next series explores what happens when team coaching gets challenging — the dynamics within the team, between team members, within ourselves as coaches, and across the wider system.
Episode 1 – 23 September 2026
Coaches & Challenging Dynamics
We’ll start by turning the lens on ourselves as team coaches. What happens when we encounter dynamics that challenge us? How do we notice our own responses, stay curious and work skilfully with what is emerging?
More episodes to follow across the autumn.
Special ACTC Session – with Kate Jayes
Date: 29th September- 2-3pm
Cost: Free to all.
We’re delighted to be offering an additional special session focused specifically on the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
Our guest expert will be Kate Jayes, who is closely involved in reviewing ACTC applications and brings invaluable insight into what makes an application strong.
If you’re considering applying for the ACTC — or are somewhere along your credential journey and want to understand more about the process — this is one to look out for. Please also share the details of this webinar with anyone in your network who may be considering going for their ACTC.
Team Coaching Supervision
6 October 2026 | 5.00–6.30pm
A dedicated session exploring team coaching supervision — creating space to reflect on our practice, the systems we work within and the complexity that can arise when coaching teams.
An opportunity to learn, reflect and share practice with fellow team coaches, hearing from experienced Team Coaching Supervisors: Lucy Widdowson, David Kesby and Liz Rochester.
Team Coaching Conference at Ashridge
13 November 2026
Ashridge House or on-line
And this is a date we’re particularly excited about…
We’re delighted to be partnering with the Hult Ashridge Centre for Coaching, for Team Coaching in Complexity and Crisis: The Human Relational Advantage on 13 November.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to step out of our day-to-day practice and spend time immersed in the world of team coaching — connecting with other practitioners, hearing from a fantastic line up of speakers, exploring current thinking, sharing experience and challenging ourselves around where the profession is heading.
We’re really looking forward to bringing the UK team coaching community together for this special event.
There’s still time for ICF members to book with early bird rates so get in early to avoid disappointment!
Other ACTC / Credentialing Dates
11 September 2026 – UK ICF Chapter Credential Drop-In
16 September 2026 – ICF Global Credentialing Webinar
8 December 2026 – Everything ACTC session
There’s a lot happening — and we hope you’ll join us for some or all of it.
Our aim through the Special Interest Group is to create opportunities for professional learning, reflective practice, connection and honest conversations about the realities of team coaching — not simply to add more theory.
We look forward to seeing you over the coming months!
