Team Coaching

Welcome to a vibrant community for coaches who are passionate about advancing the practice and profession of team coaching.

Whether you’re taking your first steps into team coaching or you’re an experienced practitioner, this is a place to connect with peers, deepen your practice and contribute to the future of team coaching in the UK.

About the group

The Team Coaching Community of Practice brings together UK Chapter of ICF members who are passionate about advancing the quality, impact and future of team coaching.

Our purpose is to create a collaborative space where coaches can connect, learn and grow through reflective practice, shared experience and evidence-based learning. Each year we host four interactive Community of Practice sessions exploring the real challenges and opportunities of team coaching, alongside additional CPD webinars, research briefings, panel discussions and conference events.

Topics include team coaching competencies, systems thinking, supervision, contracting, ethics, organisational impact, emerging research and practical approaches to complex team dynamics.

Members are encouraged to actively participate by sharing experiences, contributing to discussions, engaging in research and thought leadership initiatives, and helping shape the future direction of team coaching within the UK Chapter of ICF and beyond.

Who’s it for?

The Team Coaching Community of Practice is for UK Chapter of ICF members who are interested in team coaching, whether you’re curious about the discipline, beginning your journey, or an experienced team coach looking to deepen your practice.

No prior team coaching experience is required—just a willingness to learn and engage with others. By joining, you’ll become part of a collaborative professional community where you can explore emerging practice, reflect on real-world challenges, learn from experienced practitioners, access evidence-based insights, and contribute to shaping the future of team coaching in the UK.
