MCC Coaches

The MCC group brings together Master Certified Coaches from across the International Coaching Federation UK community to connect, reflect and learn with fellow coaches who have achieved the highest credential awarded by the ICF.
The SIG offers a supportive and professionally focused environment for reflective conversations, networking, peer learning and collaborative discussion. Sessions are held quarterly online and are not recorded, helping to create a welcoming, inclusive and psychologically safe space for authentic dialogue and meaningful connection.

About the group

The group offers a welcoming and collaborative space to explore topics of professional interest, exchange ideas, share experiences and learn from one another as peers. Together, we aim to foster meaningful dialogue, strengthen professional relationships and contribute to the ongoing development of coaching excellence within the International Coaching Federation community. The MCC SIG operates using self-organising principles, recognising the collective wisdom, experience and expertise that exists within the community. Rather than following a fixed programme, members are invited to shape the direction of conversations and contribute topics, ideas and facilitation based on areas of current interest and relevance.

Who’s it for?

The group is designed exclusively for ICF MCC credential holders and offers a space for collegial conversation, peer connection and exploration of the opportunities and challenges that arise at this stage of professional practice.
The group aims to meet in person once each year to further strengthen relationships and foster a sense of community amongst MCC coaches across the UK.

What can you expect?

  • Member-led discussions exploring topics of current interest and relevance
