About the group
As a group we create a space where we can support each other by; sharing stories, discussing topics, working through challenges/experiences which relate to coaching and social change.
At each meeting we explore a different topic, which is chosen by the group – we seek to explore the topic from different angles to gain new perspective.
Previous topics have included:
– Who is a change maker?
– What’s the role of a coach in social change?
– How do we acknowledge the wider system in our work?
– Burnout and wellbeing of change makers and ourselves
We encourage members to use the group as a space for curiosity and learning – different perspectives are welcome.
Who’s it for?
The community is open to any coach who has an interest in social change – irrespective of location, years of experience, or accreditation.
We meet 5-6 times a year and choose different topics to discuss – from this members gain reassurance that the issues they face are not unique (burnout, overwhelm, what’s our role in social change) and gain different thoughts and perspectives.
What can you expect?
- Thought provoking discussions
- Peer learning
- Personal and professional growth
- Meetings 5 – 6 times per year
