AI & Coaching

AI is reshaping the coaching industry and raising fundamental questions about the role of the coach. This group is designed to support ICF coaches at all levels to explore and navigate this evolving landscape together.

Through discussion, shared experiences, and practical experiments, we will help coaches identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adapt their approach to coaching in response to this technological shift.

About the group

Our ambition is to help you create a map so you can safely explore the new AI landscape and uncover new opportunities.

Our focus is not on the technology itself, but on how coaches can use it thoughtfully, effectively and practically in their day-to-day work.

The group will bring together a range of perspectives and viewpoints from the optimistic, the curious and the sceptical to create a balanced, reflective space for learning and development.

Who’s it for?

Whether you’re curious, cautious or already experimenting with AI this group is for you. We aim to help coaches build a foundation of knowledge about AI as well as explore what’s next. No technical knowledge is needed.

What can you expect?

  • Content designed for a range of expertise & experience
  • The showcasing of diverse and different perspectives
  • Encouraging debate, discussion & participation
  • A bias towards practical action and experimentation
  • Celebration of curiosity & exploration over judgement & certainty

I am curious about the impact of new technology on coaching. I enjoy learning and teaching in equal measure and I’m interested in creating a community that helps people safely explore the new AI landscape and uncover new opportunities.
