At the UK Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (UK ICF), we believe in the transformative power of coaching – and we want to bring it to those who need it most. That’s why we are now accepting applications and welcoming enquiries for a limited number of partnerships in 2025 and beyond.
If your charity, not-for-profit, or government-funded organisation is committed to social impact and advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this is a unique opportunity to collaborate with UK ICF and access world-class coaching at little or no cost.
Why Partner with UK ICF?
Through our collaborative partnerships, we:
- Empower individuals within under-resourced or disadvantaged communities with free or low-cost coaching.
- Support not-for-profits by offering coaching for staff development and leadership growth.
- Create opportunities for professional coaches to give back through low-bono or pro-bono coaching.
- Measure and communicate impact to demonstrate the power of coaching across society.
Who Should Apply?
We are particularly seeking partnerships with organisations focused on:
- No Poverty (SDG 1) – Financial empowerment and support services.
- Climate Action (SDG 13) – Environmental and sustainability-focused initiatives.
- Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17) – Organisations committed to cross-sector collaboration and impact.
Our Ideal Partners
We are seeking committed and values-driven partners who recognise the power of coaching and are keen to integrate it into their work and enable those they support to access coaching too. Our partners should be able to allocate staff time to manage the programme. As well as being passionate about the UN SDGs and committed to delivering real measurable impact.
