About the group
The UK ICF Local Coaching Group in the Surrey area is called the Surrey Coaches Network. We exist to support the ongoing professional, personal and practice development of qualified coaches and those who use coaching as part of their professional role.
We meet six times each year for carefully designed in-person learning events that combine CPD, meaningful networking and practical coaching conversations. Rather than traditional presentations, our sessions are highly interactive and experiential, encouraging participants to learn through discussion, practice, reflection and collaboration.
One of the strengths of our community is the diversity of experience in the room. Newly qualified coaches learn alongside practitioners with decades of coaching experience, creating a rich environment where everyone has something to contribute.
We intentionally create a psychologically safe, inclusive space where coaches can explore ideas, share challenges, learn from one another and continue developing their own coaching practice.
Our events are held in person in Surrey and are accredited for ICF CCE credits, providing members with valuable professional development while building lasting professional relationships within a supportive coaching community.
