About the group
The UK Chapter of ICF Sussex South Coast Coaches Local Group brings together coaches from across Sussex and beyond, creating a welcoming community where we can connect, learn and grow together. Whether you’re newly qualified, an experienced practitioner or somewhere along your coaching journey, there’s a place for you.
We meet online on the third Friday of each month, offering opportunities for professional development, shared learning and reflective conversations. Our sessions often include guest facilitators, opportunities to explore different coaching approaches and time in smaller groups to practise coaching skills and learn from one another.
While most of our gatherings are online, we occasionally step outside for informal coaching walks, enjoying the benefits of connecting and reflecting in nature.
At the heart of our group is a spirit of curiosity, generosity and collaboration. We value the opportunity to slow down, share experiences, challenge our thinking and support one another in developing our practice.
