About the group
We’re the UK Chapter of ICF Cotswolds Coaching Group — a community for accredited coaches and coaches in training who believe coaching is better when you don’t have to do it alone.
These days, we’re mostly human-to-human, face-to-face and fuelled by great coffee. Our gatherings are relaxed and informal, with conversations ranging from coaching techniques and favourite books to building a coaching business, navigating the tricky bits and helping each other grow. No presentations required, no networking Olympics and definitely no pressure to have your “30-second elevator pitch” ready!
We also host occasional online learning sessions, bringing brilliant speakers from across the UK to share their expertise. And our Christmas gathering is always gloriously in person.
What makes the group special is the generosity. People share ideas, experience, opportunities, challenges and plenty of laughs. You can come to learn, connect, be challenged, be encouraged — or simply have a really good coffee with people who get it.
