Welcome to the Essex ICF Group, run and championed by us, Oliver and Michael!
We are a vibrant mix of coaches from all backgrounds. If you love coaching, and are based in Essex, you are in the right place!
We meet regularly (online and in person) to share ideas, learn from amazing speakers, swap tips, and support each other as we grow our practices, and have a good laugh along the way.
No matter where you are on your coaching journey, join us to connect, collaborate, and be part of something new!
Our unique format across a yearly cycle:
• 4 online sessions focused around the ICF core values of Professionalism, Collaboration, Humanity, and Equity
• 2 online sessions with guest speakers from a range of backgrounds
• 1 in person summer walk and talk session
• 1 in person end of year meeting to reflect on the year, look forwards, and celebrate the group

Please when you request to join, can you state your location in the UK. We like to run inclusive events so knowing peoples location helps us. We also have a WhatsApp group as people seem to prefer to communicate on that platform for ease, so please include your phone number in your request to join so we can also add you up front.
