Inter-vision is a form of supervision, done in a group setting with peer coaches. It provides an opportunity for a coach to reflect on a coaching relationship using the wisdom of the peer coaches in the group. If you would like to take this opportunity, please bring a case (coaching relationship). There should be time for 2 rounds of inter-vision. To respect confidentiality, identifying details are to be anonymised; this session will not be recorded.
