Zeynep Karasoy

Having 20 years of experience in Human Resources training and development, I have managed global and local projects in the field of corporate training and development strategies, individual development programs, and talent management.
I have a master’s degree in `Interpersonal Communication` and had a thesis study on “The Effects of Emotional Intelligence in Corporate Companies” during my graduate studies due to my interest in development.
I am an ICF member professional coach who has completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active Coaching Training and Certification Program and holds the titles of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Mentor Coach.
I believe in the power of coaching, a journey of awareness and transformation, where individuals discover themselves and unleash their potential. I continue my work in line with this belief. I have worked as a Consultant, Assessor, Facilitator, Coach and Mentor since 2015.
I live in London and, gladly coach in Turkish and English.
