Drawing on a previous career as a professional actor as well as 20 years as a coach and facilitator, Will enables clients to develop deep understanding of the psychology, mechanics and practical application of how you think, feel and communicate. His work with graduates to executives is focused on helping people build on who they are and to help them redefine how they want to influence the people in their world.
