A little bit about me first…

I Love yoga, the outdoors and being a coach!

Over the last 26 years, I have coached and mentored directors, executive board members, new and existing managers, graduates, students, apprentices, women in business, mothers, artists, lecturers, lawyers, and more recently, I have joined YesFutures as a volunteer, to deliver coaching to young students (year 7 to year 11 both online and in person).

I have a strong reputation for helping others reach their own potential and through my coaching, people become leaders in their own lives, who go on to deliver great results, achieve high standards and get promoted.

I am passionate about helping my coaches find clarity, committed to helping them bring the best out of themselves, and support their development with integrity, compassion and empathy by creating a safe space for them to think, explore and grow without any fear of being judged.

I have been recognised for my ability to get people to see the truth in themselves, help them move forward on their own terms and always seeing the best in people unconditionally.

My coaching has helped people become more self-aware, challenge their beliefs, stretch their own mind and thoughts to enable them to find opportunities, change their mindset to a more positive one, as well as improve their self-worth and wellbeing.

My thirst for continuous learning keeps me current and up to date with new learning.
