Working professionally for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors, I have worked with individuals, managers and executives to see and access their own potential.
Coaching truly is a powerful development tool and not something that only those ‘not achieving need. Accessing true potential and observing those shifts in belief, possibilities and success make this a privileged profession to be a part of.
I’m not a fluffy coach though, my clients are challenged appropriately, held to account for those things they choose to be but we can have an element of fun while all that change happens.
