Uschi Baumann

Uschi Baumann is an experienced Executive & Leadership Coach, founder of reThink Coaching and Consulting Ltd., dedicated to supporting caring change-makers who lead across cultures and complexity. Drawing on over 20 years of international corporate experience as a leader herself and professional accreditations from the International Coach Federation (ICF PCC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Practitioner), Uschi brings a warm, neuroscience-informed, and highly empathic approach to her coaching.
