Tim Segaller

Tim Segaller is an executive coach, facilitator and mindfulness trainer who works with senior professionals navigating complexity, transition and leadership growth.

Since 2012, Tim has supported leaders across a wide range of sectors and organisations. His clients are often highly capable, experienced people who have reached an important inflection point: stepping into greater responsibility, facing a difficult decision, navigating organisational change, or wanting to lead with greater clarity and impact.

Tim’s approach combines rigorous thinking with close attention to the human dynamics of leadership. He helps clients step back from the noise and pressure of demanding roles, see situations and themselves more clearly, and translate insight into practical action. His style is thoughtful, challenging and supportive, with warmth and humour playing an important part.

Alongside his coaching work, Tim has extensive experience in mindfulness training and a background in mediation. He is the author of The ABC Guide to Mindfulness and has taught more than 50 mindfulness courses. These strands inform his work without defining it: he draws pragmatically on whatever will best help a client think, decide and lead more effectively.

Tim holds the International Coaching Federation’s Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, its highest level of professional accreditation. He has a First Class degree in Classics from the University of Oxford and works with individuals, groups and organisations through coaching, leadership development, workshops and speaking.
