My coaching practice is based on the deeply held belief that everyone has more potential than even they know.
I focus on listening with real empathy to truly understand you as the unique human being that you are and the context in which you operate and perform. Person centred in approach, my aim is to work with you to create connections that help you learn, grow and perform.
My coaching is grounded in a career covering professional sports and Executive leadership roles as HR Director, Sales Director and Communications Director. These have been in markets as diverse as digital start ups through to complex charities. I am also a non Exec Director of the UK’s leading Tree Charity which is a personal passion of mine.
