I specialise in coaching to increase managers’ confidence and performance, to help them unlock their own potential and that of their people. Background in L&D, employee engagement, people management, operational IT and as a CEO.
My ‘why’ is to make a difference to others’ personal growth. Since establishing my own business – The Inner Potential – I now do that full time, using my coaching and mentoring skills and drawing on the experiences of my long corporate career in Learning & Development, employee engagement, people management, IT and as a CEO.
In my coaching I’ve empowered managers and other business professionals to find their own ‘why’, build their self-confidence, manage their teams, working relationships and careers more effectively and handle change well, amongst other things. My supportive, flexible, action-orientated approach helps my clients to change their mindsets and move forward in a new or different way.
I’m a Chartered Member of the CIPD, I’m a graduate of the Academy of Executive Coaching and I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
