We have decades of experience in developing coaching skills for elders as coaches and coaches within organisations. Over the last decade we have been designing and leading coach development programmes for both private and public sector organisations and more recently we have focused our offering on developing coaches towards ICF accreditation. We offer development programmes and mentoring/supervision programmes for individuals and organisations wishing to raise their standard of coaching.
