Sudhir Daya

Sudhir (he/him) is a commercially focused Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, and Leadership Development Specialist with experience enabling leaders to excel in high-performance, high-accountability environments. He works with leaders operating under pressure—supporting them to drive transformation, strengthen leadership impact, and embed sustainable behaviour change. Sudhir brings a confident, strategic, and psychologically informed approach to his work, grounded in evidence-based practice and real-world organisational demands. He has supported leaders across sectors including finance, legal, healthcare, energy, and the arts, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), EMCC SP, Coach Mentor, and qualified Coach Supervisor, with advanced training in behaviour change, leadership and management, and equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. He is a Certified Hogan Psychometrics Practitioner and a British Psychological Society (BPS) Registered Test User for occupational ability and personality assessments, enabling robust, data-informed leadership insight. Sudhir is currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Psychology. Alongside his coaching practice, Sudhir is a Faculty Member at the Academy of Executive Coaching, delivering coach training and mentoring across development levels, and a Senior Lecturer in Leadership Development. He is the founder of Life Architect, providing executive coaching, leadership development, group facilitation, and consultancy, integrating psychometrics and neurofeedback. Sudhir also serves on boards as a director and trustee and was Vice-Chair of an EDIB Committee, advising at board level on governance, strategy, and culture.
