Sophie Drechsler

Spending over 14 years in corporate and non-profit sectors, Sophie has gained an understanding of the opportunities and challenges people face in the private, public and third sectors. She joined digital media at the start of the digital boom, managed teams and developed a deep understanding of brand marketing. She built strong client relationships and led on multi-million pound accounts (e.g. Land Rover, ITV, Nestle, Three Mobile, Kimberly Clark).

Sophie joined start up ‘Step Up To Serve’ – #iwill campaign, which was launched at Buckingham Palace by HRH The Prince of Wales. Throughout her time, she was described as the lynchpin. Her priority setting up the organisation was to ensure it ran effectively focusing on a positive culture and personnel development. Sitting in the executive team she effectively managed relationships with leaders across multiple sectors in the UK to create sustainable change.

Sophie commenced coaching in 2019 and works across multiple industries. Her expertise includes 1:1 executive coaching, team effectiveness and group workshops. She has worked with a range of organisations (size and industry) including senior teams within BT Global & SME, Vodafone Albania, Marsh McClennan, Citibank, atomos and Sayer Vincent. Her preferred approach is to co-develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
