Siobhan Twose

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an executive and team coach with 25 years' leadership consulting experience. I specialise in coaching individuals, leaders and teams navigating change and complexity, and in coaching supervision.

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, executive & team coach with 25 years’ leadership consulting experience in a wide range of sectors in the UK and abroad. I work with individuals, leaders, and teams to help facilitate individual and systemic change. I work by creating a safe space in which to deepen awareness, invite new perspectives and have critical conversations. In working with individuals, this often involves going beneath the surface, to explore unconscious drivers, and overcome self-limiting beliefs so that individuals are freed up to utilise their strengths and values in service of their personal and organisational goals.

My expertise lies in the application of psychological approaches to change, drawing on psychodynamic principles, ‘Time to Think,’ gestalt and systemic constellations thinking and the latest research in leadership embodiment and neuroscience. Clients describe me as a coach who is empathetic and insightful, who asks powerful questions, provokes new thinking, and invites the kind of deep insights that support change.

With teams my work is often focused on teams in transition or those who are leading significant change. This may involve establishing a clear vision, strategy, team purpose and values. By creating a safe space and strengthening trust and psychological safety, team members begin to have more open and honest conversations, establish effective ways of working both together and with stakeholders across the wider organisation. Clients have said “You have tremendous skill for this work Siobhan…sensitive, firm, letting nobody off the hook and keeping it real- thank-you.”

One of my passions is working as a coach supervisor, creating a reflective space where individual and team coaches can re-resource themselves and gain a deeper awareness of themselves, their clients and the wider system dynamics, so that they can bring their full potential to their work.

I am an ICF PCC and an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner level coach. I am an EMCC ESIA accredited coach supervisor, a trained team coach and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I am a visiting tutor at Henley Business School on their Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and have extensive experience running accredited coach and mentor training programmes, and offering supervision to a number of organisations. I am accredited in a range of psychometric and strengths based assessment tools.
