WHO I WORK WITH: I partner with people who are experiencing change and transition at work e.g. moving into leadership roles, needing to harness different capabilities, at a career crossroads, exploring what steps to take next; focusing on personal development (e.g. improving confidence, self-awareness). I have coached people at all organisational levels, from Team / Emerging Leaders to CEOs., and from many different cultures.

LIFE COACH: I’m also certified as a Life Coach, so can support clients to deal with wider issues that arise in these contexts.

CAREER: I’ve spent the majority of my career in International HR Operations, working in the oil and gas sector. I’ve held roles in demanding commercial environments and in multi-cultural, complex (including joint venture) organisations, through periods of growth and change. I understand the demands placed upon leaders to perform and deliver to high standards in international business environments.

STYLE: My coaching style is challenging and thought provoking whilst also being supportive. Using an approach which combines a focus on outcomes with personal development, I coach from the “inside out”, encouraging people to understand and develop their inner selves in order to maximise outer impact, all within the context of their personal and organisational environments. I also coach to strengthen self-awareness, enabling clients to understand the influence that values, emotions and behaviours can have and to support them in establishing their own goals for actions that can lead to lasting change.

CLIENTS: I work with private and corporate clients and I’ve worked with people from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds. I have also previously worked as an Associate Coach in partnership with coaching companies.
