Simon Foster

Simon enjoys working with technical experts and managers who want to develop their leadership skills, more presence and better influencing skills. He helps people to understand their own motivations and innate leadership style, and to appreciate how they need to flex this to get the results they need.

He supports individuals at the beginning of a new role, helping them to prioritise the ‘quick wins’ which will help them quickly establish themselves and build confidence, both for themselves and for those around them.He also provides space for them to consider their wider strategy and brand.

His coaching offers a ‘bifocal’ solution: a different lens through which to look at current issues, whilst encouraging a long-distance perspective on future goals.
