Sharon Strickland-Clark
Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an experienced Events Manager and Mentor for micro and SME business owners with leadership, partnership and team coaching and mentoring.
After 15 years of establishing, managing and growing a large and diverse number of voluntary projects from toddler groups to local Parish Councils, Sharon began her official career in leadership coaching. Within 2 years and having established a reputation for being a highly insightful and dynamic coach she was invited to become a Senior Associate Coach for a women’s empowerment company called One of many. Over the course of a further 2 years, Sharon clocked up over 1000 hours of leadership and performance coaching and attained her PCC status. Alongside coaching, Sharon has been the lead Events Manager, leading teams from 4 to 40 at a variety of personal development events. She has been responsible for the training and development of a team of event managers and building a network of trained volunteers. Sharon has expanded her coaching skills to provide micro and SME business owners with leadership, partnership and team coaching and mentoring. If you were to ask her what her sweet spot is she’d say:
“Working with hybrid teams in sensitive and pressured environments where I can lead, coach, mentor and train groups of passionate people in the pursuit of a greater purpose is my idea of heaven! I both love it and am really good at that!”
