I’m Sean Fitzgerald. My background is within commercial and corporate business, leading large teams in retail, multi-site management and team transformation projects with competitor acquisitions. I was recognised as outstanding for commercial results and employee experience and can clearly link team engagement with commercial success. I bring this experience in leadership, strategic thinking and high performance development to my coaching for my client’s advantage.
