Sarah Smith
I qualified as a professional Coach in 2012 and have a background in Talent, and Learning and Development. I am also a Coach Mentor, working with coaches working towards ACC and PCC, and a coach educator (level1).
As a Coach and Coach Mentor, I have a relaxed and direct style. I attend to the client’s agenda with a high level of intuition, experience and confidence.
Previous clients have described me as supportive, challenging, empathetic and direct. I’m able to build rapport quickly, providing a relaxed and open environment. Having worked with a diverse range of leaders, middle managers and junior talent, I have the depth and breadth of understanding to facilitate personal and business growth.
My previous experience in designing and delivering talent and learning programmes from apprenticeship to leadership level has helped me in creating my own coach training programme for young people and those who work with young people.
