I am a highly experienced executive coach and coach supervisor, with a passion for meaningful conversations. I create a calm, grounded, thoughtfully challenging space for a conversation that enables clarity, confidence and forward momentum. Whether you’re developing your leadership style, leading through complexity and change, building relational agility or wanting to reflect more intentionally on your work, I am a steady partner for moments of transition, growth and re-alignment.
Since 2013, I have provided career and leadership coaching to senior executives from a range of professional backgrounds. I have a decade of experience in the water industry building a strong reputation in leading and enabling business change, successfully supporting teams and individuals to confidently navigate change and business integration.
I lectured in coaching at Henley Business School for 5 years, am co-editor and author of ‘Third Wave Cognitive Behavioural Coaching’ and contributing author to 3 other texts. Prior to joining faculty, I spent 5 years as lead career coach for executive MBA students at Henley Business School, also responsible for the design and delivery of the MBA career and professional development module.
I enjoy working with high achievers, helping clients to flourish, shape order out of chaos, challenging them to find their edge, to stride forwards with confidence and clarity, to make conscious choices and take purposeful action. My approach blends expertise in behavioural science and reflective practice with warm, intuitive presence. I am described by many as an empathetic listener and compassionate collaborator, who brings constructive challenge, new perspectives and supportive encouragement to help you explore your strengths, patterns, hopes and hesitations.
