I am a dynamic and passionate coach who brings over 18 years as an expert senior product leader in the Financial Services industry. My product experience spans proposition development, distribution, financial, risk, regulatory, digital, operational, IT and Change; having directed industry leading multi-million-dollar change programmes. This experience helped establish a strong belief that it is people who create success for businesses; the cultures they create, the empowerment they instill and the motivation they inspire, which has lead me to transition to a business coach, and drives my passion to coach, mentor and support others.
